Electronic submission must be used by authors, editors and reviewers. Peer-review system through receiving and distributing manuscripts must be used. Our objective is to inform authors of the decision on their manuscript(s) within four weeks of submission. Following acceptance, a paper will be published in the next issue.

Before the manuscript is sent to reviewers, plagiarism will be done by the journal and the result will be informed to authors. Accepted manuscripts mean accepted by Editors' committee and high reputed reviewers chosen from the scientific committee members from the Supreme Council of Universities and high standards from Egyptian professors in different research areas and different universities.

Editors invite authors to submit their manuscript(s) as an email attachment in MS-Word format for publication. Before submission, authors should carefully read over the journal's instructions to the authors, which are located at the website. They can also view any of published issues on archive page via journal’s link.  

Responsibility of publisher

The rights of the copyright and the rights of the former scientific actions is to preserve the rights of others when the research was deployed. In decision making, editor is also guaranteed that the content of each publication article is evaluated, regardless of any consideration. The information on the research committee must be very confidential and maintained by all persons who can be accessed, such as the Liberation, or any member who has been related to editing, publication and other secured parties as required by Arbitration. 

The responsibility of the arbitrator or reviewers

The arbitrator (references) helps the editor-in-chief and the editorial body in decision-making and assistance of the author in improving and modified research. The initiative and speed shall be based on the research assessment of the specific deadlines. All search information must be confidential, and to seek the arbitrator to maintain its secret and can not disclose or discuss its content with any party except for the licensee from the editor. The arbitrator is to prove his review and evaluate research-oriented and substantive evidence and avoid arbitration on the basis of its personal point of view.

Author responsibility

The author on providing authentic and objective research, in a consistent scientific match the court research specifications, whether in terms of language, format or content, according to the criteria and deployment policy in journals and to consider the rights of others in the research; Avoid showing the excellence and uninterrupted information and translating the acts of others without mentioning the quotation source in the search.

The authors of research should be limited to those shareholders only significantly and clearly both in terms of design, implementation, and the original author must be confirmed to research from the existence of names and information on all authors and not to insert other research authors' names. The authors should also brief a good resort, and to explicitly agree on their content. Founding any mistake in the research at any time immediately tells the editor of the journal or publisher, and cooperates to correct the line.
